| "Last year, my fiancé and I set a date of Sept. 16, 2006 for our Wedding Day. In all our preparing, we came to the conclusion that when it came time to decide on a cake, we wanted it to be very unique, and with our own ideas. Because we wanted to incorporate some Native American Heritage into our day, we decided to have a special 3D dream catcher made that could sit on top of our cake. Not many bakeries convinced me enough that they would be able to pull it off. Then, I noticed a flyer at our local post office and thought I would give Jennifer a call. Jennifer came to my home, chef attire and all, where she sat down with me to design this beautiful cake together. I had complete confidence in her ability, because I knew I had found someone with great ideas. When Jennifer set up the cake at our reception site, I could not believe my eyes. It was exactly how I had pictured it in my mind, and even better. The color was amazing! The taste and flavor made it the best cake my Husband and I had ever tasted. Everyone loved it! The cake was so good, that 2 weeks later when my birthday came up, we got another one. That wasn’t enough – a week after that, it was my mothers birthday so we got one then too! Not only do her cakes taste perfect, but her decorating techniques are just beautiful too! Thanks Jennifer, can’t wait until Thanksgiving when I’ll get yet another!!" Jaclyn & Bobby S. |

Julia S. – San Francisco, CA At our recent family reunion at the Littlepage Inn (Mineral, VA), Chef Jennifer made all the difference! We had selected one of her prepared meals for the night we arrived. Everyone enjoyed the delicious lasagna, garlic bread and salad. During our stay, she also prepared a full Thanksgiving feast for us! What a treat! My husband’s family – many of whom are real foodies – all raved about our meal. From the beautiful turkey – carved with precision, to all the trimmings and the homemade rolls and pies – we all agreed that it couldn’t be beat! Chef Jennifer is a true professional – from handling the arrangements and contract to all the details of the meal. Her cooking allowed us to really enjoy the time together with family.
